OUR PROGRAMS
Within the FPMS Birthdocs, you may choose the kind of care that is best for you and your family. All initial visits with a Birthdocs doctor are one-on-one.
- CONNECTING PREGNANCY PRENATAL CARE Connecting Pregnancy is an innovative style of prenatal care where prenatal education is combined with medical checkups in a group setting, with one of our doctors and a prenatal educator. See Your Care with Us... and Homage to Centering Pregnancy
- TRADITIONAL PRENATAL CARE During her pregnancy, a woman has regular visits with one of our doctors at the their community office, or at the Ambulatory Care Clinic at BCWH. See Your Care with Us...
- POSTNATAL CARE FPMS doctors strive to connect you back with your family physician and your support community, shortly after your birth. In some situations we provide care for mother and baby for a brief duration, usually between 1 and 6 weeks after the birth.
- YOUTH PREGNANCY AND PARENTING PROGRAM (YPPP) Some of our doctors provide care to young mothers (particularly teen moms) in the YPPP program located at Grandview Woodland Community Health Center. Learn more about YPPP…

- PERINATAL ADDICTIONS CLINIC FPMS doctors provide complete pregnancy care for women with current or past problems with substance use in their outpatient clinic at BCWH.
